Anita and her team were very knowledgeable and responsive throughout our selling process. She represented us when we originally bought the house and we never hesitated to call her to list it when it was time to sell. We had trouble with the buyers financing and Anita knew just what to do as our buyer struggled through three separate loan applications. The deal finally went through, in no small part because of Anita's local connections and knowledge, and we located to our new state at last. You can't beat Coldwell Banker for experience, their agents are well trained and professional. Anita is the cream of the crop at CB in Albuquerque! We were lucky to have her work with us.

Anita is very involved with her clients, and she kept us informed throughout the process of selling our Albuquerque home. There were several delays caused by the buyer's financial situation, and we depended on the sale to purchase our now home. At least we always knew what was going on, even when the situation was fluid and not promising. In the end, it all worked out and Anita (plus the title company) were very much why.
